Hands Only CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training is a crucial life-saving skill that equips individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergencies involving cardiac arrest or breathing difficulties. The training covers chest compression techniques and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). CPR can significantly increase a person’s chances of survival by maintaining blood flow to vital organs. Learning CPR is not only a valuable skill but also an empowering way to help save lives in critical situations.

Stop the Bleed training is a program designed to teach individuals how to control life-threatening bleeding in emergency situations. This training covers essential techniques such as applying direct pressure, using wound-packing methods, and correctly applying a tourniquet. Participants learn to recognize severe bleeding and take immediate action, which can make the difference between life and death. Stop the Bleed training is beneficial for everyone, as traumatic injuries can occur anywhere, from accidents at home to mass casualty events. Individuals with these life-saving skills and training empowers them to help others in critical moments.

Fire extinguisher training is essential for ensuring individuals can respond quickly and effectively to small fires before they escalate. This training covers the different types of fire extinguishers, the classes of fires they are designed to combat, and the proper techniques for using them safely. Participants learn the PASS method—Pull, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep—to extinguish fires efficiently while maintaining personal safety. Fire extinguisher training also emphasizes assessing fire situations to determine whether it is safe to attempt extinguishing the fire or evacuate. By equipping individuals with this knowledge, fire extinguisher training enhances workplace and home safety, reducing the risk of injuries and property damage.
